Before confirming your booking

Share your PIN code, floor and lift access. Confirm delivery availability, setup assistance, delivery charges and pickup charges before booking.
Extensions & returns
Contact the team before the agreed return date. An extension or pickup is arranged only after HHSC confirms the date and any charges.
Cancellation & refunds
Before payment, ask HHSC to confirm the cancellation conditions, any deductions, deposit return process and refund timing in writing. This website does not calculate or promise a refund.
